Founder and Managing Director
Mr. Ochani has over 18 years of Corporate Banking and Risk Management experience both in United Arab Emirates and Pakistan. He has advised a number of high-profile clients across a broad spectrum of industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing, Services, healthcare, retail, technology and diversified family conglomerates.
With more than 15 years of transaction experience, Mr. Ochani possesses extensive knowledge of the UAE market and has provided clients with guidance on debt financing, mergers and acquisitions, debt restructuring, and syndicated transactions.
Before establishing Encore Consultancy, Mr. Ochani managed a portfolio of corporate clients for multiple banks in the UAE. He also served in senior positions within various banks where he was responsible for managing SMEs, mid-corporate, and large corporate clients. Mr. Ochani holds both an MBA with a specialization in Banking & Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Computer Science.
